EF Project Advisory & Solutions (EFPAS) is a Chicago‑based, single‑principal commercial real estate advisory and project management firm focused on tenant interiors. Founded by Ethan Frank, EFPAS was built on a simple principle: select fewer projects and deliver the hands‑on leadership clients expect. EFPAS does not overstaff or overcharge projects — clients receive the direct, experienced representation and day‑to‑day advocacy they pay for, not a diluted service spread across too many engagements.
Ethan has led more than three million rentable square feet of interior projects, valued at nearly a billion dollars, and has managed complex buildouts across major U.S. markets. He has represented notable firms across sectors including Investment Banking & Finance, Legal, Media/Advertising, Family Offices, Tech, Trading, Consulting, Showrooms, Broadcast, Private Equity, and Education/Schools.
Ethan is a three time finalist for Project Manager of the Year at the Greater Chicago Food Depository Commercial Real Estate Awards Dinner, and several of the projects that he has led have been nominated by Crains Chicago in their “Coolest Office of the Year” publication.
